This Notice does not apply to information we collect about employees, job applicants, and independent contractors.

We collect personal information for business purposes when you interact with our company, including providing you with retail, commercial, and industrial energy services, supporting our energy business, and communicating with our business contacts. We take technical and organizational precautions designed to protect your personal information. We implement and maintain reasonable security measures appropriate to the nature of the personal information that we collect, use, retain, transfer, or otherwise process.


However, data security incidents and breaches can occur due to a variety of factors that cannot reasonably be prevented; therefore, our safeguards may not always be adequate to prevent all security breaches.

Children

Our products and services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If we discover that they have provided us with personal information on our websites, we will delete that information.

Other Websites and Social Media Buttons

Our websites or mobile applications may contain links to other websites or social media buttons. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of those websites or social media platforms. This Notice applies only to our business and the personal information we collect.

Privacy Choices and Questions

Email Marketing—When and if we request an email address from you, you will be given the opportunity to indicate whether or not you wish to receive future email solicitations from us. You may also opt out of commercial emails at any time by following the opt-out instructions in the email. Separately, we may send you emails for other reasons, including, but not limited to, servicing your energy account with us.


Privacy Choices – For current customers, the easiest way to access information about your account and update your communication preferences is through your My Account portal at https://www.trieagleenergy.com/tx/account/default. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights and choices, including the right to request what specific information we maintain about you or request that we correct or delete certain information.
