We’ve partnered with Service Experts to bring you FREE maintenance for your central heating and A/C system with qualifying plans. You’ll get a tune-up and professional cleaning from Service Experts every six months for the length of your plan. 2-4 weeks after your service starts, you’ll receive an email from TriEagle Energy or a call directly from Service Experts directing you on how to schedule your first maintenance appointment. From there, you’ll work directly with Service Experts to schedule all remaining visits.

Who are Service Experts?

Service Experts is a heating and cooling system service provider serving the DFW, Houston and Austin areas.

How many tune-up visits will I get with my plan?

Qualifying plans come with one tune-up for every 6 months you are on the plan.  For example, if you enrolled on a 24-month product, you’ll get four free maintenance visits from Service Experts.

Do I have to pay any extra fees for maintenance visits?

Service visits for maintenance are covered as part of this plan and there are no trip fees or additional costs that you will have to pay. However, if your system needs to be repaired, you can work with Service Experts or another provider of your choice to fix your system. If your system needs to be repaired or replaced, you will receive a 15% discount for repair services from Service Experts.

Is the maintenance service only for my A/C system?

This plan includes maintenance services for both your heating and cooling systems, including gas and electric.

Will this plan help me save money on my electricity bills?

A properly functioning system can save you up to 30% on your heating and cooling bills in winter and summer months versus an inefficient system. Texans typically use more electricity during summer than during mild months, so the amount of energy your home uses is the main driver of your electricity bill.

The maintenance service did not fix my system - now what?

If your system requires repairs or a replacement beyond the services covered in this plan, Service Experts can provide you with a quote and pricing to repair your system. This includes a 15% discount for parts, service, and replacements. However, you are under no obligation to contract Service Experts for any repair work. 

What do I do if I need to reschedule a maintenance visit?

Do I have to schedule my next appointment immediately, or can I call later?

Service Experts will work with you to schedule an appointment on site and by phone for all of your additional scheduling needs.
