Terms & Conditions for the TriEagle Energy Recurring Payments program (“AutoPay”)

By enrolling in AutoPay you are certifying that you are the owner of the account (account number provided above) and are authorized to allow TriEagle Energy to automatically charge the credit card, debit card or bank account for the total amount due each month as follows:

  • Each month TriEagle Energy will send you a bill that indicates the AutoPay draft date and the amount you will be charged;
  • TriEagle Energy will then process your payment on the day your bill is due; and
  • If necessary, we’ll process your payment on the next available banking day or, if rejected, we’ll make another attempt to charge your account on the invoice due date.

By agreeing to use AutoPay you release TriEagle Energy from any claims relating to the program and it will continue until you, your financial institution or we terminate it. If you have any questions or wish to cancel the program at any time please call us at 877-933-2453, or return to My Account to update your settings. Any cancellation of the program may not be effective until after 14 business days.



E-Sign Consent for Electronic Delivery or Terms

You agree that TriEagle Energy may provide you with a copy of the terms of your AutoPay authorization (“AutoPay Terms”) electronically by such means as TriEagle Energy shall determine its sole discretion, which may include, by e-mail (or link set forth in an email) or by online posting at a designated online location we communicate to you. Delivery of the AutoPay Terms in electronic format will be considered to be “in writing" in accordance with the federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act.


You may obtain a paper copy of the AutoPay Terms by printing a copy of it yourself or by contacting us by phone or at our website to request that we mail you a paper copy at no charge. We reserve the right, but assume no obligation, to provide a paper (instead of electronic) copy of the AutoPay Terms that you have authorized us to provide electronically. Your consent to receive the AutoPay Terms electronically is valid until you revoke your consent by notifying us, provided we have not already delivered the AutoPay Terms to you. It is your responsibility to provide us with true, accurate and complete electronic delivery information and to update such information either by phone or at TriEagle Energy’s Web site.


In order to receive your AutoPay Terms electronically you must have access to a personal computer or other device capable of accessing the Internet, an Internet Web browser that supports 128 bit encryption, software that permits you to receive and access PDF files, and a valid e-mail account that you can access.
