Daniel Cook, President and CEO - More than 28 years of experience, solid leadership, and strong entrepreneurial spirit combine with his over 14 years of management with The Southern Company to form the drive behind TriEagle’s success in the highly competitive energy industry. Mr. Cook has also served as principal and general counsel for a variety of successful start-up companies.
Robert Case, Executive VP and COO, brings 25 years of comprehensive business experience, including 18 years in the energy and electric utility industries. Mr. Case previously worked with The Southern Company Marketing Services, and uses the strategic marketing and market forecasting skills he learned there to help TriEagle become a force in the energy industry.
Martin Downey, Senior VP has over 29 years of experience in the energy business, with specific areas of expertise in wholesale electric power marketing and large industrial and commercial retail power sales. His time with PG&E National Energy Group included Director of Regulatory and Market Policy for the West Region and Director of Major Accounts where he was responsible for wholesale power marketing and business development to major utilities in ERCOT and SPP.
Robert Brown, CAO and Corporate Controller uses his accounting management experience to develop financial and operational guidance for TriEagle. Most recently, he was responsible for managing $6.5 billion in cash for a multi-national energy company. He handles taxation and tax-related transaction accounting, as well as general accounting.
Rob Cantrell, SVP of Marketing and Sales - CMO, has extensive strategic marketing experience from the energy, telecommunications, and real estate industries. Prior to TriEagle, he helped to start up three other Texas retail electric providers, served as Vice President for Strategic Development at wireless reseller Simple Communications, and as Director of Marketing at TXU Communications. Rob earned his BA in Economics from the University of North Carolina and MBA from the University of Georgia.
Adam Leipold, VP and CTO, with over 20 years of experience in information technology and software development, he assures the successful execution of TriEagle's business mission through deployment of the company’s technology presence. Mr. Leipold previously worked for FuelQuest Inc.,as Director of Product Architecture and Development building on-demand fuel management solutions for suppliers, distributors, buyers, and traders of petroleum products and other energy commodities.
In keeping with our commitment to customer focus and service excellence, we have developed relationships with service partners allowing us to provide complete transactional transparency for our customers. TriEagle Energy utilizes the services of ANB Enterprises on an on-going basis to develop software solutions for all aspects of the business ranging from customer acquisition to financial management. To ensure the highest level of Customer Care, we have retained ista North America as our billing and fulfillment provider. This industry leader has operations in 25 countries and billings of approximately 11 million customers. TriEagle Energy has also employed EC Power to provide EDI services, data transformation, intelligent transaction routing, and web-based reporting services.
