Daniel Cook, CEO, has broad experience in energy, legal, real estate, and service-related industries. In addition to the solid leadership and strong entrepreneurial spirit he possesses for developing new and successful businesses, Mr. Cook acquired diverse management experience working for The Southern Company in sales, marketing, and domestic and international economic development. Mr. Cook has served as General Counsel and principal for a variety of successful start-up companies. He was also a principal and the General Counsel of MJ Research & Development, L.P., a research company that specializes in engineering and production of energy conserving products.
Rob Cantrell, President and COO, has extensive strategic marketing experience from the energy, telecommunications, and real estate industries. Prior to TriEagle, he helped to start up three other Texas retail electric providers, served as Vice President for Strategic Development at wireless reseller Simple Communications, and as Director of Marketing at TXU Communications. Rob earned his BA in Economics from the University of North Carolina and MBA from the University of Georgia.
Robert Brown, Chief Accounting Officer and Corporate Controller, possesses broad-based experience in all aspects of accounting and financial management and has been a member of TriEagle's executive management team since the Company's formation in 2003. Mr. Brown is responsible for all accounting and many finance-related activities, including financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, treasury management and investor relations. He has direct responsibility for developing and coordinating the implementation of accounting policies and procedures, and accounting-related systems for the Company. He also coordinates the activities of the Company's external auditors. Mr. Brown is a 1997 graduate of Texas A&M University and holds both a Bachelor and Master degree in Accounting. He is a licensed CPA in Texas.
Kasey Cline, Director of Sales & Marketing, joined TriEagle Energy in 2010 and brings a breadth of energy related experience from a decade in the retail power sector. Prior to TriEagle, Ms. Cline held sales and operational roles at ConEd Solutions, Integrys Energy Solutions and Constellation NewEnergy. In those roles, her process and application development directly contributed to increased earnings capacity. Complimenting her power sales and process experience, Ms. Cline has also served in the Legal and Contract Administration groups at Constellation and various law firms.
Adam Leipold, VP and CTO, Linking business strategy to produce high value software solutions and deliver responsive IT services, he assures the successful execution of TriEagle's business mission through deployment of the company's technology presence. Mr. Leipold previously worked for FuelQuest Inc., as Director of Product Architecture and Development building on-demand fuel management solutions for suppliers, distributors, buyers, and traders of petroleum products and other energy commodities.
Marta Odom, Director of Operations, brings a vast background of operational experience in both the U.S. and abroad, with positions in the customer control, fraud detection, and customer service departments for one of the world's largest dedicated and managed internet hosting providers. Ms. Odom graduated with a degree in Economics in Krakow, Poland.
Robert Case, Co-Founder, brings extensive knowledge in electric utility operations and commercial processes and possesses strong business acquisition, development, organizational, and negotiation experience. Prior to joining TriEagle Energy, Mr. Case was working with The Southern Company Marketing Services. His duties there consisted of providing key performance management coaching and counseling to the management team; Strategic Marketing; Marketing Intelligence; Load Research; Pricing & Costing; and Market Forecasting. Other positions and responsibilities with the Southern Company included: Manager, Forecasting and Costing & Pricing; Sales Manager, Residential & Office/Retail; and Economic Development Representative, both Domestic and International.
Martin Downey, Co-Founder, has extensive experience in the energy business, with specific areas of expertise in wholesale electric power marketing and large industrial and commercial retail power sales. His time with PG&E National Energy Group included Director of Regulatory and Market Policy for the West Region and Director of Major Accounts where he was responsible for wholesale power marketing and business development to major utilities in ERCOT and SPP.

TriEagle Energy utilizes the services of Prosoft LLC, on an on-going basis to develop software solutions for all aspects of the business ranging from customer acquisition to financial management. To ensure the highest level of Customer Care, we have retained iSIGMA for billing, ista|xchange to provide EDI services, and High Cotton for fulfillment.
